After choosing your unit (townhouse or Villa) in DAMAC Islands 2 (also known as Phase 2 DAMAC Islands), here’s what we require from you:
Since the project is in the EOI stage, a 5% refundable down payment is required, refundable if you withdraw on the launch day, around mid-October.
On the launch date, EOI customers will get priority to book at an estimated pre-launch price of AED 2,850,00 with 10% of the total (Including EOI amount) plus 4% DLD. The SPA will be prepared and sent within 15 working days.
And you’re now on DAMAC Islands 2, ready for your next chapter.

- If you’re an international buyer, a copy of your passport, along with your full name and email address
